Do you have a medical condition and
looking to get into shape? CPM is proud to present a
new fitness
facility offering medically-supervised fitness training. A $150
month membership entitles you to an expert exercise physiologist for
4 hours a week, nutritional counseling and unlimited access to the
gym, as well as a computer software program to track your caloric
intake and exercise habits. There is an initial fee of $500, which
includes: 1 hour consult with the doctor, resting metabolic rate
testing, and VO2 testing.

Get P.H.I.T!
Personal Health Incentive Therapy (P.H.I.T.)
is a program for kids aged 12-16 to enhance self esteem and improve
health and body image. It is set to begin in September 2006, in
conjunction with the Calgary Board of Education's pilot program:
"Walk Across Canada". Our exercise physiologist and youth counselor
will design an individual fitness regiment that suits the kids'
needs.
